Mass Spell [Magic, Metamagic]

Your spell affects more than one target.

Prerequisite: None.

Benefit: A mass spell takes one of the following forms, as chosen by the caster.

1. The spell has one target for every 2 Power points expended casting the spell.
2. The spell has one primary target plus one secondary target for every Power point expended casting the spell. All targets must be within close range of each other. The primary target is affected by the spell as normal, but the secondary targets are affected as if the spell actually had half of the Power points expended to cast the spell.

Spells that have a range of personal, spells with a target of you, and spells that have more than one target cannot be affected by this feat.

Power Cost: A mass spell uses up an additional 6 Power points.
