This spell creates a burst of light. If you cause the light to burst directly
in front of a single creature, that creature is dazzled for 1 minute unless
it makes a successful Fortitude save. Sightless creatures, as well as creatures
already dazzled, are not affected by this spell.
Heightened: Each additional Power point extends the duration
of the dazzled effect by 1 minute. You must expend 1 Power point to cast this
spell before you can heighten it or enhance it with metamagic feats.
