You may create up to four lights shedding bright light in a 20-foot radius
(and dim light for an additional 20 feet). The moving lights may resemble
up to four lanterns or torches, or up to four glowing spheres of light (which
look like will-o'-wisps), or one faintly glowing, vaguely humanoid shape. The
moving lights must stay within a 10-foot-radius area in relation to
each other but otherwise move as you desire (no concentration required): forward
or back, up or down, straight or turning corners, or the like. The lights can
move up to 100 feet per round. A light winks out if the distance between you
and it exceeds the spell's range.
Magical light counters and dispels magical darkness
if the Power points in the light effect equals or exceeds the Power
points in the darkness effect. If not, the
magical light is countered and dispelled by the magical darkness.
Heightened: Each additional Power point increases the radius
of bright light (and dim light) by 10 feet and makes it more likely that the
spell will counter and dispel an area of magical darkness.
You must expend 1 Power point to cast this spell before you can heighten it
or enhance it with metamagic feats.
