The subject becomes paralysed and freezes in place. It is aware and breathes
normally but cannot take any physical actions, even speech. A winged creature
who is paralysed cannot flap its wings and falls. A swimmer can't swim and may
drown.
Restriction: Choose one type of creature when you learn this spell.
This spell only works on creatures of that type.
Heightened: Each additional Power point increases the duration by 1
round. At each of the target creature's actions, it can choose to attempt another
Will save to attempt to break free from the spell. This is a full-round action
that does not provoke attacks of opportunity.
