Background
Tarleikos was one of the major cities of the abandoned provinces founded between 300 and 400 years ago west of "the Shore" (Vestad's southern and western borders). Tarleikos was one of the last major outposts to be abandoned by the Imperial authority (circa 200 BP): the Mogobai Khanate sacked the town shortly before the invasion of Vestad (circa 160 BP), destroying the remaining "faux-imperial" authorities.
One of the local authorities was a sorcerer who owned the Eye of Argon (+10 Sorcery/Vampirism). About a century after his death, the Eye was found was a vampire (circa 60 BP): over the past fifty years, the ruins have acquired an even worse reputation among the local Petkenak villages and clans, as the vampire expands his knowledge of Sorcery and his circle of followers.

The Eye of Argon
The vampires live in a crypt blocked by a tremendous stone bar (+8 STR to move - the master vampire or both the male vampires can do this). Within the crypt, the master keeps the eye on him at all times.
