Housecalls As an experienced doctor, there is almost always a demand for Sijam's services wherever he travels. People may try to convince Sijam to help them by offering him payments, appealing to him for help, or coercing him with threats.

Healer A creature stabilised by Sijam using a healer's kit regains 1 hit point. Sijam can use an action to spend one use of a healer's kit to tend a creature and restore 1d6+4 hit points, plus additional hit points equal to the creature's maximum Hit Dice. The creature can't regain hit points in this way a second time until it finishes a short or long rest.

Unarmoured Defence When wearing no armour and not wielding a shield, Sijam has an Armour Class of 8 + proficiency bonus + Dexterity modifier + Wisdom modifier.

Martial Arts When fighting unarmed or wielding monk weapons while wearing no armour and not wielding a shield, Sijam can use Dexterity instead of Strength for attacks and damage rolls, can do 1d8 damage with unarmed strikes and monk weapons, and can make one unarmed strike as a bonus action when he attacks with an unarmed strike or a monk weapon.

Ki Sijam can draw on the natural power of his body and spend ki points to activate the ki features Flurry of Blows, Patience Defence, Step of the Wind, and Stunning Strike. Sijam has 15 ki points, and regains all spent ki points after a short or long rest.

Unarmoured Movement When wearing no armour and not wielding a shield, Sijam's speed increases by 25 feet and he can move along vertical services and across liquids on his turn without falling during the move.

Deflect Missiles Sijam can use his reaction to deflect or catch the missile when he is hit by a ranged weapon attack, reducing the damage from the attack by 1d10+17. If Sijam reduces the damage to 0, he can catch the missile if it is small enough to hold in one hand and he has at least one hand free. If he catches a missile in this way, Sijam can spend 1 ki point to make a ranged attack with the missile as part of the same reaction. He makes this attack with proficiency, regardless of his weapon proficiencies, and the missile counts as a monk weapon for the attack.

Hands of Healing Sijam can spend 1 ki point to touch a creature and restore 1d8+4 hit points and end one of the following conditions affecting the creature: blinded, deafened, paralyzed, poisoned, or stunned. When he uses Flurry of Blows, he can replace each of the unarmed strikes with a use of this feature without spending a ki point for the healing.

Hands of Harm Once per turn, Sijam spend 1 ki point to deal an additional 1d8+4 necrotic damage to one creature with an unarmed strike, giving the creature the poisoned condition until the end of Sijam's next turn. When he uses Flurry of Blows, he can replace one of the unarmed strikes with a use of this feature without spending a ki point for the healing.

Slow Fall Sijam can use his reaction to reduce any falling damage he takes by 70 hit points.

Linguist Sijam can create written ciphers that can only be decoded by others if Sijam teaches them, they succeed on an DC 18 Intelligence check, or they use magic to decipher it.

Extra Attack Sijam can attack twice instead of once when he takes the attack action on his turn.

Ki-Empowered Strikes Sijam's unarmed strikes count as magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance and immunity to non-magical weapons and damage.

Evasion When an effect allows Sijam to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, Sijam takes no damage on a successful save and only half damage on an unsuccessful save.

Observant If he can see a creature's mouth while it is speaking a language he understands, Sijam can interpret what the creature is saying by reading its lips.

Stillness of Mind Sijam can use his action to end one effect that is causing him to be charmed or frightened.

Purity of Body Sijam is immune to disease and poison.

Devout Belief Sijam has a deep and abiding adherence to the True Faith, and has firmly rejected paganism and the arcane. All divine spells cast on Sijam are treated as if the spell was cast one level higher than it was. As an action, Sijam can attempt to hold off arcane creatures through the power of his faith, and if he succeeds on his spell attack roll against their Wisdom saving throw they cannot face him or approach within ten feet of him for 1 round.

Tongue of the Sun and Moon Sijam can understand all spoken languages, and any creature that can understand a language understands what he says.

Diamond Soul Sijam is proficent with all saving throws, and can spend 1 ki point to reroll a failed saving throw.

Timeless Body Sijam no longer needs food of water, cannot be aged magically, and suffers none of the drawbacks of old age.
